If you get my info from them and I get some mails from you... then your server will go down and the hosting company will be punished also.

Playing with someones data privacy allows him to play with your server. At least this is my point of view, so you can make the math how many angry people you will send spam to and how many of them will have the skills to fuck you.

Anyways, if you see something like "Kaloyan", "ICEFIRE" or "PowerCum" then beter do not spam it.

Wait... I forgot one thing... my host is at home... so I'm cannot be a bad client because I host myself.

That's not a joke, you will get amazed how much do people pay to shut down a spammer that plays with their data.

If you do not spam them or resell their data, then you don't have to worry (nor you need their data in this case)

Here in Spain, when someone does not pay to any given company (not only hosting ones) he is included in the state registar of not paying people (Registro de Morosos). This one is available to the public and managed by the gov. Do you have something like this in USA or where you live? It really helps companies to get rid of these not paying people. If you get into the "Registro de Morosos" almost nobody will give you something on credit untill you pay the money you owe to the company you did not pay and then you get removed from the database.

Of course, nobody is included in that registar if they owe something about $25, but if you owe about $3000, or perhaps less you could be included.
