are the professional when it comes to billing/ late payments or no payments?

Tried them 2 times, and both times they fucked it up.

1st time it took them a week to call me and tell me that they had not set up the system.

I had gotten with CCBILL.com and gotten it set up in 6 hours.. Only took them that long due to a fax problem.


The 2nd time I tried them I used them for phone billing. It took them 6 months to pay me the first 85$ of over 400$. And I have not heard anything from them. I have called and they keep saying that the money is on hold until it is collected by the phone co.

In the mean time I signed up with website billing and have gotten a check from them every 2 weeks. No problems...


CCBILL.com does not offer web 900 yet, and that is the only reason that I use someone other than them.


The have NEVER been late on a check in 4 years. And the BEST customer service!!!

theve never really screwed me...except for losing lots of check and charging me the 30 dollar re issue fee everytime...that was like 2 years ago though
Now we use CCbill and everything has been cool for a long time

I have had very little problems. I have been with them for about five years or so. I have my own merchant account and also use theirs. Just a few minor issues.

They're OK if you do a lot of volume.

Technically their back end is built on seriously outdated technology.

About the only billing company that ive heard of that hasnt had payment problems in the last 6 months is CCBill and Globill. Globill had one issue when switching banks and paydates.

I was setting up a new Web Application for a client a while back and contacted both companies about Techie stuff...Databases, Scripts etc.


IBill: Fucking Retards who were rude and basically said we don't support blah blah. Dude had NO CLUE what he was talking about.

CCBill: Awesome Support - answered all questions about tech stuff - AND it was a chick!


After that, IBill took it's final dive in my book.

ive said it before, ive tried to sign up for multiple sponsors who use them and had nothing but issues.

no need for details.

Stopped paying me without notification nor did they ever cancel our valid contract. The most shitty company who does billing.
