VOIP reselling business?

Anyone familiar? Worth as a mainstream opportunity?
Just heard from a guy who is doing ok, but don't have more info beyond that.

I know a guy doing that here, he's now got about 20 employees... learn how to setup hardware voip phones and ship them out to businesses. Businesses can save a lot by switching.

Is that still considered reselling though?

I assumed reselling is that you simply look for clients and put your markup on the sale.

That's true, I guess they wouldn't be considered reselling. Now they are running their own VOIP servers and such. Still, there is money it in for sure.
