If I hated some guy and knew his full name, home address, phone number, bank name and location, bank account number, etc (all information you can find on a check)... would it be possible to fuck this guy over? Somehow access his account, or set up a credit card based on that account information, or anything of the like?

It depends on what do you want to do with this person.

If you want to fuck his bank account and credit card for a while, just go to any cyber caffeee and start purchasing memberships on porn sites (these ones that recurr are the best ones).

If you want to fuck his business and probably make him have some justice problems, then hack his servers and replace all his pics with warez, cracks, virus, copyrighted content that's not yours nor him, etc... (If you have access to some high security systems, like banks or military installations... then put some secret info on the site and report to the bank / military guys. If bank, then upload the clients database and report to the bank that this site shares their info. It will take less than 24 hours to shut him down.) then report to the authorities about not legit site and stay watching the fun. This method really works, but you need to have some skills for that, or the fucked one will be you.
