Yeah, you heard me right.... these fuck nuts think they can push all of us around... Every fucking month, the same fucking thing.... no fucking money... and then when the fucking money does show up... nothing but assurances from the B I T C H Roxanne at ext 214.....

Well now, i've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get ahold of Roxanne (the accounting manager for WSB)... Last week, Fuck Nut Bill... One of their sales guys said that Roxanne was on vacation..... Now every day, same thing... "She just stepped out for lunch" .... My lawyer has gotten the same response from them.

SO, here is the deal.... I'm paying for the lawyer representation.... Email me at [email protected] if you are owed by WSB and want to be paid... My lawyer is going to pursue this as a CRIMINAL OFFENSE with the Florida A G's Office....

Good luck to you! If more people had the initiative to do the same, I think more of those being owed money would finally see some action!

I called wsb today.
They said that Roxanne will be anwsering her phone tommorow.

And one more thing they said was that they are sending out everyones payment right away after they get the money from the banks. I mean the same day. So they have bank problems again..

huh... so, i suppose that all the WSB employees and brass are all tightening their belts during these leans times over there... i'm sure none of them would be cashing any checks while so many loyal webmasters go hungry and cold..

I don't know the circumstances and facts in your case, but a criminal prosecution is an expensive, time consuming, and usually hard one to get a state attorney to take on, type of case.

Brute force usually works better in situations like this. The lawyers will just soak you and by the time the other parties get done paying their lawyers they won't have any money left to be gotten anyway.

I'm not saying super hardcore, but you'd be amazed at how persuasive some of the private debt collection guys can be once the other guy fucking you clearly sees you're going that route and an enormous guido or hells angel type guerilla shows up at his door.

I thought my problems were over, but it seems they have begun again. We are May 5th and I have yet to get any monies for March.

WSB...The last time I had this problem we had made an arangment(Fed EX), so I took my lawyer off the case. This time If I gotta call him again Im gonna have him so far up your ass your gonna taste him. Not only are you gonna pay what you owe me, you will also pay my lawyer fees, and my monetary interest lost. Its that time again, send my money!

I was paid for the 1st half of Feb. I'd say they are still a bit behind. I haven't promoted with them since last month, but I'm still owed plenty of re-bill money.

It's the same with me, I did not build anything since Feb., its all rebill money now.

Just went to the post office.. found a couple of interesting checks there.. so I'm paid up through 31 March..

They're slowly comin around...

I get paid somwhat on a monthly basis. Its not how they claim to pay when I signed up with CFF, but its a fat check once a month. Last check I recieved was 3/24/03 for the pay period of 1/16-2/16 So im still waiting also. Red shoe, or chris, you ever have problems collecting?

I just bitch and complain to Rick@websitebilling over and over..

After about 10 emails I get a response and a check is sent..

Seems to be once a month the check is sent too..

I just do the same ritual each month and beg and plee for it and they eventually send it. I am only 1 month behind with them..

I use 5 other processors too, they are small sums of money so I am patient.
