Japanise traffic - is there any use of it?
 

Hi all. Simple question - does japanise traffic converts? Are there any sponsors that can be used with it, or it's better not to mess with it at all?

Heh, it's actually pretty potent, from what i've seen. Just gotta send them to the right sites. I think there are a few affiliate programs that have japanese language sites, but i can't think of them off the top of my head. I'm sure i saw them mentioned on GFY a while back though.

Definitely worth trying out some Japanese sponsors.. i use DTIserv. the conversions aren't that impressive but they know how to retain their members..

i have 500-600/day hits from sites.... it is not too much... so we can't say exactly how that traffic is... it losts in whole stats.. :)

how can we filter out JUST japanse traffic ??

We actually convert Japanese traffic very well due to some of our resellers. It's around 1:60 from original free sites traffic. Japanese surfers are the bigger part of our traffic and they are the fourth nation here after USA/Canada, Germany and Switzerland during
last year. They download everything from our websites but we love them!

well there's a couple of things. A lot of my traffic is 404 traffic, and i don't assume they can speak english so I send them to the DTIserv pages which are all in Japanese :)

If the surfers have actually turned up to your page by clicking links, they may speak enough english (i.e. recognise keywords to signup for an english site) but I'd put my money on a native Japanese site... just seems more natural.

How well do you convert that traffic? I currently send my 404 & skimmed asian traffic to offshoreclicks (20-100k a day). I know this is suboptimal.

What $/100k unique do you get for your Japanese traffic via DTIserv on average?

its all about bukkake, upskirts and school girls with japanese.. sell them something like that.

I see a lot of sign-ups to cumfacedasians.com from Japan. Lots of money in that country...more than the United States and they are more wired too.

I'm not exactly sure, because a lot of my Japanese traffic is just img calls from old pages, so not real surfers. It's something on my list of things to do try and work out how many are real surfers..

question is how do you GET japanese traffic coming to your paysite? Our site is very much the Japanese fetish to the extremes.

You could redirect japanese surfers via language... write up a simple php script to redirect based on japanese character set on the browser or somesuch.

You could send traffic to dti and get to hgmo.com which rocks.

Or you can send traffics to gameros.com which also rocks.

Japanese localization of your site ALWAYS helps when targeting Japanese specific traffic :thumbsup

Chances are though, you already have a small amount of .jp traffic flowing but you just dont know it.
