Accountant, financial advisor, entity structure consultant recommendations

Who has recommendations for good financial advisors or accountants, especially for creative small business end of year tax planning and entity structure? I'm looking for some good advice kinda immediately.

I don't much care where they are located and would prefer folks who have experience in more than one locale ideally. Understanding of online business is probably the most important factor.

But AG they need to know state law for taxes and such. You get in a lot of trouble if you ignore state law. Accountants are certified by states, so you'll need to get one in the state in which you do business.
