nothing wrong with wine, itīs healthy to drink, doctors recommend a glass of wine daily.
Where we go, itīs a brewery, so fresh with no need for additives. The beer has every nutrient and vitamin apart from C. This not a problem, as you get vit C from the sun naturally :thumbsup

It's quite a lot really, not so good for the health, and the water won't help the situation much. :2 cents: On the positive side you clearly both know how to enjoy life :thumbsup

tbh, since moving here to Spain, we drink wine every day as already said, but we feel healthier than binge drinking like we did in the UK. Once, maybe twice a week we would drink a bottle of vodka and a few pints.
Many people think because they only drink once or twice a week, itīs ok to drink a bottle of whisky, personally a few glasses of wine every day is better, even though the units are still similar.
