Lookin for a certain kind of software!! Does it even exist?
 

I looking for a type of software that tracks basic customer service information . Stuff like when contacted, pricing info, special requirements, priceing info, user/pass to the site etc.


I would like it so it can be access by three different people in three different locations. All of those people would be employess of course.

So the boss is in say Califonia, sales girl in Florida, the vice prez on the road from a laptop. We can all see when he she logged in and have the abilty to make adjusts to the clients info.

So let's say I run into a certain client at Internnext I can add a note or a falg in regards to what we said. Even thou Im not on my home computer. I would like certain cliens to be tagged to certain people as well.

I want this to be my the employess home page. Where I canmleave public notes to say the graphics guy saying I need this and this done by a certain time. And vice versa.

Does this type of software exist> if so where can I get it?

yep, there is CRM up the ASS. all over the place. but expect to pay $$$ for it.
