    The President?s campaign plane had three major food groups. McDonalds, Pizza and Kentucky Fried Chicken


    The extent of Donald Trump?s fast food consumption has been revealed and nutritional experts are becoming concerned for his wellbeing.

    It?s long been rumoured the President?s appetite went slightly beyond a happy meal, but a new book has revealed the huge meals demanded by the Donald on the campaign trail.

    Former campaign aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie?s new book, to be published this week, also claims the then-candidate would play Elton John songs at ear-splitting volume on his private jet.



    Two Big Macs

    ?On Trump Force One there were four major food groups: McDonald?s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke?, the authors write

    Assuming the Donald chose a medium shake and no fries, the bumper meal would come to around 1,900 calories. Adding a side of fries would amount to 2,230 calories, almost an adult male?s entire recommended daily intake.

    The 3,400 milligrams of sodium in the feast is more than double the American Heart Association?s recommendation of 1,500 milligrams per day.

                              yeah, i agree. this is idiotic...

                              also, the heart association of america is wrong on their numbers for salt intake and very wrong when it comes to fats intake. All this information is 60 years old and was debunked even before they started using it as a 'standard'.

                                          He changed policy this week that has the potential to kill millions, deregulating the top killing poison in the world for CHILDREN!!

                                          And that poison is salt, and the amount of it they are allowed to slip into school foods.
