lauraloveskatrina.com (teenflood) : registrar received DMCA for "illegal content"
I'm a lauraloveskatrina (teenflood) affiliate, using thumbnails generated from their FHG pics, and I've just been DMCA'd for a single thumbnail. Has anyone else been DMCA'd for any of their content?
The complainant claims she was 15 when the image was taken. If so, then obviously that needs to be dealt with (to be honest I'm not bothered about removing a 9 year old FHG from rotation on my TGPs) but, if she's a model then she probably has no right to be making these DMCA claims. Also the mention of it being a "profile" makes me wonder if it's just some random fishing. This is from a paysite that features two solo girls (and guest models?) with professionally shot content. Moniker stated that I needed to "remove the illegal content in question" - they just take the claim at face value, of course. :321GFY I've included the text below with some personal information redacted. > My name is Da*** Ma********** and I am the > http://*****haha - COMPANY NAME. Bump for an industry-related thread
Sorry it's not about Trump. |
What did the sponsor say when you told them? Is 15 the legal age Down Under? If not, it?s child porn and your host would and could be held liable.
What?s worse i# if it?s legal there, it isn?t in the USA in most states, so if a USA customer views and/or downloads her pictures, they are in deep shit. I?d talk to the sponsor as you got the pictures from them. Consider emailing her and tell her the pictures were legally obtained from Sponsor Name and ny dispute re DMCA must be handled by them. That way you have, in writing, proof you informed the model of non-ownership. Or, delete the pictures and move on. |
Take that shit down dude!
Just googling lauraloveskatrina shows she was obviously underage in many shoots ugh! |
The girl has zero right to DMCA shit. She was probably not under age either. She's been caught doing porn and is in panic mode.
After all the bad shit about Moniker that's been posted here and people still do business with them? |

rowan can you jump onto our support board, and forward me the full email with headers ??
I can assure you that her docs that we have on file are legit, and she is legal. My assumption is that someone is fucking with you. Laura and Katrina are the same girls that are also on nubiles, they were shot at the same time by the same photog. Thanks! Tim |

[edit: I worded that strangely. What I mean is that the passport most likely means she was OVER 18, but it is not absolute proof.] I wasn't trying to contest that 15 may be legal "somewhere." I do not touch anything that's not 18+ Quote:
It's smart of her (if it is actually the model) to say she was underage because most people, myself included, do not want to be associated with even the hint of potentially illegal content. If it was a straight copyright claim there's less chance of people rolling over immediately. |

I think the claim may be for another model who featured in a shoot. I'll let you know full details once we're in contact. |
tim at tfcash.com will do
Thanks |
