I've read, so I don't know how accurate it is since it comes from "reports" from sources in the White House that his staff only tells him good things that are in the news about him and they only show him polls and other data like that if it is good. I wouldn't be shocked if someone on his staff told him this, he believed it and tweeted it without double checking.
