Is Penisbot still around?

I have been trying to submit some sites to penisbot but the verification graphic doesn't load so you can't submit. I have emailed him a few times but no response. Any info would be appreciated.

Penisbot was a linklist.
They used to have lot of traffic. Wetplace was another good one.
