Americans and Canadians don't care about those hockey championships. They send whoever they can get from the players who are out of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

But it's good when countries like Denmark get better at the sport. Makes hockey more popular. One day I hope there are NHL teams in cities like Stockholm, Helsinki, Moscow, St Petersburg, Prague, Munich, etc - a Euro division. Then take the Canadian teams and put them in their own division. And a couple of American division, one East, one West. That would be a great league.

Heh only the shitty players remain for the international tournaments right now. You haven't seen shit of the real players out there, they're all competing in the playoffs

Still, you have almost half a million registered hockey players, we have 4000.

Last time we played in the A-group we lost 47-0 to Canada - biggest loss ever recorded :)

The Danish hockey league has improved alot since I played in a Copenhagen club... With people like Peter Hirsch, Bo Nordby and Kim Staal and a play like that, they might even win :winkwink:
