I say be upfront about it and ask/tell him, can't do anymore damage than not saying anything and having him find out 5 years from now when he's married her and has his life and career shattered because a colleague recognizes her...or worse if she's doing shoots with other people and he doesn't know about it and she brings him home some disease.
