they supposed to be good or something? after talking to them for about a hour they still didn't know what was wrong.. one of my ip's was not loading correctly so it had to of been the router or gateway... 5 mins later hivelocity.net and all of their sites go down and have been down for about 20 minutes..

HiVelocity is crap. They used to be another host, I forget the name, but they had the same layout as they do now. They had a bad name on their formal name, so they changed their brand identity, trying to get away with it.

I'd change hosts if I were you.
