Wordpress And Woo was my choice originally. But, Wordpress is too vulnerable to viruses and attacks. Tonight I'll do more research on the above carts. Thanks.

Magento Open Source and the CCBill gateway is free from CCBill.

Thanks. Several folks said not to go with WooCommerce and Wordpress, but there are tons of security plugins. My expert didn’t say no, so that's my choice. Thanks
