Nice Mark. I'd make the Guest and Member buttons way more prominent and larger.

I'd bring some of the girls on the Photos page to grab the guys interest immediately on the front page which is bare looking compared to the rest of the site.

Good Luck. Might want to add some natural looking girls also. Its a bit heavy on the pro look.

Really liked the flash-tour. But I think you should include the last names to the girls that the voice tells about. Makes it sound more personal and less stripclub-like...
