Requested $12,818 from paxum as wire transfer but got only $9,000. What options do i have ?

I tried contacting them on ticket , they sent me a formal reply that bank might have deducted fee. Phone support never have available agent and ruth on skype never reply.

What options do i have ? Is there any way to make them understand that bank don't have $4000 transfer fees, there accounting department messed up and they are not ready to listen.

All i am asking is a some valid document or some swift msg, that way i'll know that they sent FULL amount and then i can show that to bank and find the remaining money.

I've seen some banks have $200 outgoing wire fees and $50 incoming wire fees, not 4k though

Adraco 10-17-2017 08:50 AM

This is very strange, because I got $3818 USD EXTRA on my withdrawal the other day. I thought of it as an early christmas bonus!

Pornopat 10-17-2017 09:06 AM

Could it be that you received the amount in Euros instead of dollars?
You status does not say where you are located so just wondering.

I don't think that should make a difference of 4K..

harpreetxi 10-17-2017 09:56 AM

No, i have checked everything. Its not a issue of currency conversion.

I mean it do convert for me in my local currency but 4k difference ? Before and after wires have arrived fine, this is this specific one.

This is the case of either paxum sending not full amount or my bank mess up something but once i get swift from paxum, i can contact bank.

Ruth have replied to me and she is getting the swift confirmation.

Google Expert 10-17-2017 10:20 AM

Could it be that Paxum had their main account frozen/blocked?

They lost our wire and are asking to send it in again.

I'm not sending them anything until they sort their shit out.

Sid70 10-17-2017 10:26 AM

That goes on and one, comes up every other time i load GFY. This is un professional beyond imaginable.

You'd better send her an email than Skype her, she's usually super fast on replying emails...

Bladewire 10-17-2017 03:56 PM

^^^ Good point

Paul Markham 10-17-2017 11:27 PM

That's very bad for a bank to do. Ask them why they did it.

harpreetxi 10-17-2017 11:38 PM

They replied to my ticket + ruth also replied to me on skype. They getting swift from accounting department. (waiting)

adultchatpay 10-17-2017 11:48 PM

Is that from USD to some currency Wire?
I had problems with conversion before from USD to EURO.

Don't be too hard on him, Gary doesn't know what is up or down, front or back. It's too much to ask that he'd be able to separate Firstchoice Pay from Payoneer.

Neither of them are of much help.

- I sent a big wire on Sept 28.
- It "got lost".
- Ruth and Paxum "accounting department" told me twice that it was returned to my bank
- I pressured my bank to look for it, which caused unnecessary trouble for everyone around.
- 20 days later (today) Paxum credits this lost wire to my Paxum account

This is no way to run a business.

Talk to Ruth or Chris they both are very helpful!

ErectMedia 10-18-2017 09:44 PM

Maybe they are protecting you, anything over $9,999 triggers da tax man. :winkwink:

Tasty1 10-18-2017 10:14 PM

I thought maximum was 10.000 USD per transfer/day and 100.000 with a business account.

^^^ Truth ( in America )

Tasty1 10-20-2017 07:47 PM

And, what happened?

harpreetxi 10-22-2017 10:49 PM

Guess what happened.

I mentioned the exact amount which is $12,818 and date of transaction which was 10th august to them in my first ticket and 2-3 times in whole thread.

But after 7 days of waiting, they provide me swift proof of transaction of 5th october which is also similar amount of $12,749 and try to trick me that they sent full amount.....

Height of professionalism.

What they replied to me on friday: Screenshot by Lightshot

I think they took commission ($69), that's why they show you $12,749 instead of $12,818

Check the SWIFT message to see the actual date when the wire was sent.

lock 10-23-2017 02:15 AM

As mentioned it is probably the max for a day. These numbers you should be on special support not in here. You should have the red phone.

3xmedia 10-23-2017 02:33 AM

they might also think you are trying to trick them as you are reporting this issue 2 months later.

harpreetxi 10-23-2017 04:06 AM

Whoever is posting above, posting without even reading above post. Paxum knows what they did.

I have checked it already, its october wire. Problem is with august wire. It arrived fine. I never mentioned that wire in ticket.

So, whoever for any reason do not report this kind of issues to them within 24 hours, they have premade perception that user is tricking them ?

and don't they have any of there record/accounting or anything to cross check ? Do you even read what you are saying? Simply asking them to cross check there record is tricking them ? Wtf?

I did not noticed this difference cause i do not check my account regularly since i get wire from multiple sites. I noticed this when i was doing my accounting and matching figures.

I emailed my bank today and they replied:

Quote:

Sir,

First remittance paid on 21.08.2017 was for USD9216 and the second remittance paid on 12.10.2017 was for USD12749.30. Hence the difference in amount.

Regards
our gov Bank is slow as shit and they took couple of hours to check there record and clarified that only 9216USD came and here we have a world standard private company took 7 days to give me a wrong swift copy.... anyway its proven that paxum did sent me 9216 instead of 12818 in august. I've posted them in ticket to add remaining money in my account.

I believe you but as you can see it's better to check every wire and report any contradictions ASAP. they might find it kinda wierd/shady you are reporting it 2 months later. anyway, they should have the records that should show where was the problem, and resolve this.

So you withdrew $12,818 in August and $12,818 in October?

You withdraw same amount every month?

Again: Are you even reading anything ?

I withdraw 12818 in august and 12769 in october. I withdraw in sept as well but it was less amount. Both arrived fine only problem is with AUGUST $12818 which i got only $9216.

I asked them to give me swift copy of august wire so i can be sure they sent full amount and contact my bank if they messed up something. But paxum sent swift of october instead which i never asked for. I contacted my bank anyway today and they replied me in 2 hours that they received only $9216 for august instead of $12818 which i requested from paxum as wire.

Maybe you would but i am not here to prove here to anyone if i am true or not. I was here to know who to contact to resolve this quicker. Moreover, i have posted enough info here.

I have sent all info to chris and ruth and forwarded my bank's email and bank statement to them. THey are looking into it. I will post once i get some info.

harpreetxi 10-24-2017 10:03 AM

Problem solved by ruth, on skype she told me:-

"We identified the problem, and unfortunately it does seem that the wire was issued to you in the wrong amount. We sincerely apologize for this error. We have sent the remaining amount via wire to your bank account.

We have also refunded the wire withdrawal fee due to this error. You should see that reflected inside your Paxum account.

We are investigating to determine exactly how this happened. In the many years we have been in business this is a first for us, and we truly apologize that you did not receive the full amount you requested in August. We hope you will continue to use our services for your payments moving forward."

:) Chris also did effort in this. Both chris and ruth are helpful, if you need anything get fixed in paxum. Contact them on skype or email.

Good luck guys.
