perhaps he has no content or is too lazy to build a TGP for himself, so he is funeling his traffic to the hun. This way he can make some bookmarkers without having a real site. When his traffic goes high enough (SE traffic + bookmarkers almost at all) he can put any other stuff and start making money. I did the same with another site in order to boost my google ranking. After that I put a small TGP to make some money :)

I think The Hun has no problems with this guy because after all he is getting free traffic. It would be a better idea to link to my site instead to the hun, so I could get some extra traffic too :1orglaugh
