Funding Paxum by wire problem

Hello,

is anybody else having problems with funding Paxum through wire transfers?

On the 2017-09-11 I sent a wire that returned to our bank.
After that I resent it on the 2017-09-25, this one arrived.
On the 2017-10-02 I have sent another wire that is still pending but should have already be in the account. In that past wires took 3-4 days to be in the accounts.

The used wire transfer information is always the same so I don't know what is going on and that is strange.

Paxum is always replying with those copy paste replies without providing any valuable help:

WIRE transfers are credited as soon as they are cleared by our bank (this happens in maximum 24 hours from the moment they reach us).

If your bank confirmed that the WIRE has reached us please reopen this ticket and attach the complete proof of payment from your bank (including all sender and beneficiary details), so that we can ask our bank to investigate.

Is anybody having the same problems?

Toni

Hi Toni,

Last month we updated wire information to a new bank as we believed this would provide faster delivery of wired funds, however we have encountered multiple issues with the new bank and therefore we have just reverted the wire information to the previously used details.

Please check Add Funds by Wire and send a new wire to us to that information. If you have any wires pending to the previous wire information please check your bank account as the wire may have been returned to you.

My Skype is PaxumRuth, my email is [email protected]

Please contact me and we can assist you in getting your payments out.
Thanks,

Ruth :)
