Maybe take this into consideration when determining the value of what you are buying

It is but not too big, when i was buying Japan traffic noticed how a lot of ip's have empty whois.

^^ I was suspicious of some statistical anomaly -- guess not by what you say.
Then 30% of ads are blocked by ad blockers depending on the country's surfing habits.

So $5 per 1K becomes maybe $12 if you only consider the traffic that is of value.

I think because Japanese sites are loaded with ads. Overloaded.
