I could use some site advice
 

I could use some advice on how to take a site that has a nice following - and make it more productive in generating money.

For starters, it focuses on bdsm stories - and that will always be it's main purpose (and does very well on yahoo and google if people are searching for bdsm short stories) but it is definately lacking something.

I don't want to clutter it with a lot of banners and such - but am at a loss of what can be done with it.

Anyone have any help or advice they would like to offer? - I would appreciate.

I know design is not my area at all - it needs help.

But even with the right design, I'm still not sure where to take it next. It very well could be destined to stay as it is - I just wanted to know if there were any ideas out there.
