If you know about phpBB help me out.. i have the default template.. whats the best way to change the "header" of the page? Where should I go to do this?

Drop that board while you can before you've worked on it too much and go pick up Invision Power Board it's free and it's more full featured.

..and then, dump invasion board wherever you dumped phpbb, and get yourself a copy of vB.

try editing the template file.

I didnt install phpBB. I have no idea where the template file is normally located

You want to change the header -- text or graphic? I.E. you want to change the graphic in the upper left corner?

I run PhPBB on 8 sites and prefer it over all the other boards. Your best bet is to go to the PhPBB help forum and search, 99.9% of the time someone has already asked that question
