Video Problem - Videos won't play
 

I'm having a problem on my sites with playing videos. When they are behind a protected area they won't work, but when they are outside of the member's area they play fine.

I know Windows Media recently made some changes that affected videos behind password protected areas, but this change happened the past 48 hours....

Any ideas?

Some sort of htaccess problem?

We are seeing this too. Are you using and form or hot link protection?

Also just noticed that its AOL users that its effecting most of the time.

What are the errors they are getting?

Are you running php? maybe session id's with aol

We figured out the problem. In short, it's something along the lines of our videos are behind a password protected area, but the password files have been moved.....
