About the Site
The website was established last year around April, but didn't start to get traffic and revenue until around September of 2016. The website has 2500 games and has a Facebook page with 4221 likes. 50% of the traffic comes from search engines, 25% comes from direct type ins, and 25% from social. Average session duration is 6 minutes and 30 seconds with 4.38 page views per user. 36% of the users are returning users.

This is the type of website where you literally don't have to do anything to it. You can just set it and forget it. Little maintenance has to be done. All you have to do is pay the hosting bill each month. If you want, you could add games to the site and keep it updated with fresh content.

The majority of the games are hosted on the server, there are about 14 GB of files. There are some games that are not hosted on the server, that are loaded via embed code.

The script is a custom coded script created by myself. it's very easy to navigate if you have some basic knowledge of HTML and PHP. It's not complicated at all and the script itself is only 10 main files.

Price
As you can see by last year's revenue, the website is only going to increase in revenue and traffic. It's hard to state a BIN price when revenue is all over the place throughout each month. The reason is because my traffic is dependent on the school system. My audience is mostly school students and they play during school hours, you can see this in real time in Google Analytics. As you can see by the traffic screenshot above, the summer were dead months, this is because there is no school. But as soon as August and September kicked in, traffic started to roll in. And as October and the rest of winter comes in, we're going to see even more traffic and hopefully more revenue come in, as we did last year.

I am not in a rush to sell, but I am posting this thread just incase someone is interested in this website and has the budget to buy it. I know someone wants this website. I could use a large lump sum of money to help me go back to school to finish my last year, but I need to pay off the school and then pay off the last few semesters, then I will be able to jump start my life and start my career in my field. With that being said, I will not sell this website for an amount that will not satisfy my needs. If you're going to make me an offer, make sure you know that I love my website very much and I will not sell if your amount does not meet my needs.
