A federal judge just ruled that Trump can't withhold hundreds of millions of dollars in federal aid to states with Sanctuary cities!

States rights! The judges ruling is effective immediately nationwide in all 50 states. Fuck you Trump!

A Federal Judge Just Gave Liberal Cities a Huge Victory Over Trump

Chicago officials led by Mayor Rahm Emanuel argued that penalizing cities for protecting undocumented immigrants was unlawful and unconstitutional and that Sessions did not have the authority to block federal grant programs over the issue.

The cities and states who opposed Sessions are concerned if he gets away with yanking funding in this instance, he will use that as a tool to get even more power and affect all kinds of other federal grants.

In his 41-page decision, U.S. District Court Judge Harry Leinenweber said he was imposing his ruling immediately across the country because there was a real danger that a community?s relationship with its immigrants could be damaged without quick action.

?The harm to the city?s relationship with the immigrant community if it should accede to the conditions is irreparable,? ruled Leinenweber.

?Once such trust is lost,? added Leinenweber, ?it cannot be repaired through an award of money damages, making it the type of harm that is especially hard to rectify.?
This is a major setback for the Trump administration which has made its anti-immigrant and undocumented alien efforts a cornerstone of its America First agenda.

It is also a big win for Emanuel, who served as President Obama?s Chief of Staff before leaving to run for office in Chicago.

This is permanent by the way, Trump is powerless and has to submit to the order by law.

Think about it.

1. House an enormous population of illegals and their children.
2. Refuse to help the feds deport.
3. See crime go out of control.
4. Demand the feds help pay for crime prevention measures.... crime that would have been prevented if the beaners were sent back to their shithole.


Emanuel wants to be president. He is an absolute do-nothing mayor that distances himself from literally everything so that he doesn't get caught up in controversy. Fortunately for Chicago, Emanuel is going to lose his next election. Chicago's next mayor is pretty much just whoever runs against that piece of crap Emanuel.

The order is they have to pay out grant money that was awarded.

It doesn't say grant money has to be awarded.

Hopefully the feds cut off these beanerville cities. Just let them fall to pieces, turn into Mexico. That will get the non-beaners on board with deporting the parasites.

As I've said many times before, I'm against sanctuary cities. The premise is solid but the execution is flawed when it comes to non citizen criminals.

I'm also for states rights. So if you think the feds shouldn't interfere in gay marriage or gay rights at the state level, you can't logically be against the right of states to have sanctuary cities based on states rights.
