Hi,
I'm now planing on selling my tube site.

The revenue is mainly based on various kind's of ads (popup, banner...).
I haven't had time to change/update the look of the site or evaluate the ads, so I'm sure someone with more dedication can boost the revenue a bit. Currently the revenue is about $100/day. The main job of adding new videos takes usually 2-3 hours/day. I usually try to post 10-15 videos everyday.

Currently the only hosting costs are the server and vault press (for backing up the site).

The usually process is:
1. Find and upload the videos to streaming host and file host.
2. Add the description to the video (as well as title, tags...).
3. Get a good feature image for the video (adjust it a bit in photoshop).
4. Add the embedded code for the video and upload the feature image.
5. Add a download link to the video.
6. Post the video.

Then I usually rearrange the videos later when I see which ones are getting the most views.

Go to the site and look for the download file links, you'll notice the full video files are being served off of festyy dot com.

warning have your virus checker up to date, and your pop-up blocker turned on otherwise you'll find your self in pop-up hell :thumbsup

holy shit i have never seen so many popups & popunders on a site , as i have seen just now with jizzman. What a terrible site. You did a great job on building the traffic, i dont know how you could build and keep any visitor there.
