I drink Coke and Dr Pepper but have switched to drinking tea most of the time now. It sure has helped me lose a few pounds.
Another few weeks and I should be close to my ideal weight.

It warms my heart to think that we live in a society where the great debate is over which sugary beverage is best. We truely have achieved greatness.
