I could be selling my site (its a pornstar site)... here are the facts...

1. gets 14k unique a day (can prove this).
2. makes 18k USD a year (can prove this).
3. has a MASSIVE following.
4. uses 100 gigs of bandwidth a month (can prove this)
5. all the content is legit, and licensed to AttractiveBabes.com (its worth $1250, can prove this)
6. all models are of course over 18, have the pornstars ID's to prove this (came with the licence)
7. You would get the design, logos, domains, and anything you want.

I mean, I don't really want to sell, but I have to pay a shit load of tax, as I have a nice full time job atm, and with the site, it pushes me into the higher tax band (40 fucking %), so I have to consider all my options, it maybe worth selling the site... but it depends how much I can get for it... if the offers are low, I might aswell keep the site, and push more traffic to it, and make it worth while for me being in the 40% tax bracket.

Right, I know I can prove the things listed above, but I'm not gonna do it willing nilly, I will only do it if you prove you have the money to buy the site.

As for the price... I'm not setting a price for it, I'm open for offers... so surprise me...

If you can make 18k a year off 14k a day traffic, why couldn't you make it bigger? Turn that 14k into 90k and you can compensate for the new tax bracket. Cripes, most people only make 1k a month off that low amount of traffic. Make it bigger man. Hire someone to do some work for you to help.

If you want to sell your site to avoid being knocked up into the next tax bracket, isn't a sudden burst of income from the sale going to do that anyway?...

In Australia you are taxed in teirs... going up into the next bracket just means you get taxed more ABOVE THAT AMOUNT, not for the total amount of taxable income. The top bracket is $AUD60k+ (about $USD36k) and you pay a whopping 47% above that. So you'll still get more net money out of $60,001 than you will out of $60,000.

Is this how it is in the rest of the world, or does the rate increase apply to the entire taxable income?
