Hmmm, I got cc'd on that email yesterday so I know it got sent -- we seem to have a problem here --

FT, seems you have a MAJOR email problem. I've emailed you 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks and never got a reply. It was to tell you what I wanted for the template I won here some time ago.

I assume you never got the emails. Do you have some kind of aggressive filter on your email account.
