You've probably visited some CCBILL page before. What you're seeing now is CCBILL's remarketing Google ads - for people who already expressed interest by visiting their site.
They can appear on any mainstream site that makes money with Google ads, including CNN.

The fact people don't understand this in 2017 is ridiculous....

Yep I get it on mainstream sites aswell. But the ccbill page is mainstream, no mention of adult anywhere.

Not strange at all, every adult billing processor which i know also process mainstream. It's not rocket science.

PornHub is going mainstream, why not CCBill?

I see ads for the same things all the time - Namely Alienware and Microsoft Surface. And Ferrari. I used to see a lot of ads for Hawaiian Airlines.

They watch what you are looking at, searching for, and then target you.

I see them as well. Just marketing ads. No mentioning of adult.
