Anyone else having problems with activating paxum card?
I finally received a new paxum card and when I try to activate it, I enter name on the card and number but when I click activate button I receive an error message: Card is already active.
Submitted a ticket and no reply, anyone else having such problems? |
There have been many reports here before with the same problem. You need to do as you already did, submit a ticket and ask for help and then all you can do is wait. For some reason, a number of the cards seem to get "hung up" in the activation process and needs some type of manual action on Paxum's side.
Search the forum, thare are many cases just like this reported over the years. Your milage may vary! |
