seems pretty questionable....so if I choose the Nikon D100...I pay $100 and I have to wait until enough people have signed up under me as to where I have earned my item.

isn't that a pyramid scheme?...

Pyramid is the impression I got. But I dont see how this one would collapse as your not asked to get other people to join. Its basically waiting for others to join under your position.

They registered their domain name on Jan. 17th 2003, quite new.

I'd avoid them and go with a more reputable seller.

ChoiceMatrix.com offers information E-books which contain information on a variety of topics. When a customer purchases one of our E-books, they receive the E-book's via electronic distribution. Browse through our Kits and decide which one is the best one for you.

We feel that our clients are very important to our company. So as a promotion for our business, every customer, who purchases, is added to one of our Track lists (matrices). There are many items that a customer can receive, such as a Sony 57" Wide screen HDTV, Nikon D100 Digital Camera, Sony Playstation2, Microsoft XBox , or other items, depending upon which Information Kit the customer chooses.
You do know that you will most likely not receive the product, instead, you'll receive an e-book.

Yes.. They are covering their arses with the ebook thing.

Dodgy. Set up like a standard online shop; if you home straight into a product and check out, you get sent to a CC form saying it costs $x for the product (eg $25 for an xbox). There's nothing about any extra requirements before you can receive this product. It also says that you acknowledge you've read the TOS, but it's not linked on that form.

If that matrix thing really worked, then surely people could pay the $25 at the END, when they are actually entitled to receive the product? Like a final balance.

Yes some really good points. If it was just $25 I would prolly risk it. But am looking at the canon xl1 for $175

because your buying the ebook they dont have to send you the free gift if they dont wanna ay.....

its a good scam cause i worked out they make twice what each item is worth which is pretty damn good.......

the camera alone has a 30 person matrix meaning they make $3000 each time a cam goes out which only costs $1500 or less

very great scam :)

Hehe yes.. I worked it out too which is another thing that made me think it might be legit ( as in you do end up getting what you bought because they are still making their profit ) but then I have trusting nature hehe.

Think I will give it a miss.

Thanks guys!

Forget the profit they make on it. Take a close look at the matrix and do the correct math and you'll see it requires a ton of people to sign up for someone just a short way down the line to get their product.

30 person matrix. Everytime 30 people sign up someone gets the camera in the order they joined.

If you joined first you would only need to wait on 30 people before you received the camera. However if you joined as just the 100th person you would have to wait until 3000 paid before you received the camera. Worst possible matrix ever.
