Any rep can introduce a bill. Even morons.. But I say pass it with the requirement that all of the Senate and Congress go through the same process. That should take out most of the problems.

Wouldn't surprise me. The bill has zero chance of even making it to the floor for a vote. This is political grandstanding that will go nowhere and does nothing but waste everyone's time and money.
