Harriet Tubman on our currency makes zero sense. She did basically nothing for the black civil rights movement. There are other blacks more deserving of the position than Tubman. But they don't have decades of fantasy behind their stories.

The story of Harriet Tubman is almost never told because reality doesn't match desired fantasy. In truth she personally guided about 70 slaves to freedom and historians know who most of them were. That figure, because it is too small, is never spoken of. Instead they greatly exaggerate it to include the number of slaves possibly freed through her instructions.
