Can i buy adult related domain with...?

I want to start blog about sexy babysitters, but I don't know if it's illegal to buy domain with terms "babysitter" and "sex" in domain name. What do you guys think?

Generally, yes it's allowed.
All registries have rules -- so there may be some exceptions -- they can refuse your registration but that's it usually.
All hosting companies have rules -- so there may be some exceptions -- they can refuse AUP service that's it. Use a host server that allows lawful adult content and says so in their AUP -- save yourself a lot of grief.
