CCBILL - weird behavior

Hello,

I wanted to update banners of some CCBILL sites I promote as affiliate. But I can't get the the webmaster material cause it redirects me to pre-filled form with my data. Like I dind't signup already as an affiliate. I actually checked my old emails and I see confirmations of signup.

This is obviously wrong, I'm an existing affiliate and I see those sites in CCBILL affiliate admin.

Should I be concerned? Fact is all CCBILL sites have been converting very, very, very bad. If they made a sale at all.

Is this standard behavior?

I forgot y to post an update, CCBILL noticed my post and contacted me
already on 12th of August:

Quote:

We would like to contact you, regarding possible access issues with the affiliate account 1805600 and CCBill Admin Portal. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the log in screen. Could you please try to sign in at http://admin.ccbill.com, selecting "affiliate" from the drop down menu. In the case that you are still experiencing issues, please reply to this e - mail with the error msg that you are receiving. As other others said above the form on program side doesn't, you need to login to CCBILL backendfrom above URL not via affiliate programs.

I don't know exactly what you're talking about when you mention that ALL CCBill sites do not convert well. My site has been with CCBill for over 12 years now and it converts great! I have sales (and rebills) coming in every day, and all throughout the day. Morning, Afternoon and the Evening time.

And no, I'm not just saying that because it's my site. I have stats to back it all up. There are many CCBill sites that generate Millions each year that use CCBill as a payment processor, so I don't see how you can accurately say that none of them convert.

Same here. It's not the processor that won't convert, it's the site.

I don't buy this nonsense about how processors sometimes 'turn up the scrub' leading to low signups. You can easily see declines coming in if that theoretically happens.

I've been with CCBill since '05 - working great for me.

I totally agree. I have been with CCBill now for 8 years and their support is great and, best of all, they pay on time every week.

I have sales coming in every day too for years now. In fact, the last zero sales day I had was way back in 2009 when I was first starting and had 4 sites. LOL Now I have 88 (and counting). CCBill is not the issue it is a fine company. :)

nastymaster 08-23-2017 02:00 PM

For several days there are no new signups and no rebills, I see a problem for the first time...
