How The Fuck Did Swoit Get Our Addresses?
 

Ok I got emails in every box from them. Where did they get all of our emails addresses from? I have never seen such a huge response in one day?

someones got the master copy.

I was thinking the only thing we all have in common is GFY and maybe they somehow got the list from GFY, but then i noticed I got it in some boxes that GFY has never seen.

This is really concerning.

They took them from my websites, because I don't use those emails usually. Things like [email protected] and [email protected] are on my website that thats where these emails were directed to.

I do that to find out where they get my email from.

Got 3 copies of their damn spam.

Maybe a big TGP owner sold him the list of submitter emails?

Those suck but at least we know where they came from and although we shouldn't have to, we know we can opt out and be done with it.

These Swoit motherfuckers are a different matter entirely. Fucking cockholsters. I can't wait for some newbie to post here and ask about them someday, I'll take great pleasure in telling him what fuckfaces they are.

There are alot of poor and desperate webmasters trying to make a few bucks with webmaster e-mails collected from tgp submission or from msg boards
When you collect webmaster e-mails you're an idiot.
When you spam webmasters you're hopeless.

I've gotten 3 emails all to the same addy... my new addy that's only been inexistance for 3 months. The ONLY place I've used this email addy is for signing up to various sponsors (around 600 of them).

This makes me curious.... are they sending to more than one list and not checking for dupes?

Anyway, I haven't used that email addy on any message boards, including PJ's or GFY. I haven't gotten any mail to the addresses that I do use on boards.

So my guess is that they're in ca-hoots with some other sponsor or 2. Or know where to buy their lists.

They hit me Seven (7) times, to both my old and newer emails

Dare I say I think it was a sponsor program that sold them the emails. I am trying to determine which one right now, but the email address that I got the spam at, I have only ever used a 3 specific sponsors and now I just need to figure out which one of them sold my email address.

It has to be from a webmaster program. I didn't get mailed on my tgp submitting address. It came to one I normaly don't use

I got 7.

twice at 3 addresses and once at another.


4 went directly to the spam folder, 3 didnt.


I would say at least two different mailings, most likely from two different servers/IPs

hit me 9 times last night, 2 of which showed up on older catch-all's for sites i haven't run in over 2 years... very odd, not really sure where they could have harvested all of these together at all (unless they just sent one to every email address is the world simultaneously!)..

shardearnings wich runs swoit are the ones who got your email addresses. I suspect they combined that list with the intergal one aswell.

The people involved are good in my book, been in the biz a long time as well as paid webmasters ontime, every time.

I dont know why you guys are assuming its just the one source.

They probably bought a bunch of lists, harvested shit, etc...

I never heard about those emails being hacked and released... but it is looking like a good possibility. They also emailed me to two other emails too, so it is definitely from more than one source.

PLEASE PORNOJUNKIES SOLD THE LIST TO THESE ASSHOLES. MY FRIEND SIGNED UP LAST WEEK TO PJ'S WITH AN EMAIL ADDY HE ONLY USES THERE AND HE GOT SPAMMED TO THAT EMAIL ADDRESS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HACK COUPLE MONTHS AGO. PJ'S HAS BEEN CAUGHT WITH THEIR PANTS DOWN AGAIN

it has to be multiple sources. the email I got spammed isnt used on my site, or in whois, and ive never registered for pornojunkies
