He was importing a few big boxes of them, they got seized to verify the contents.

I told him that I thought it was routine and they'd probably pass through fine after testing/checking.

I was SOOOOOO wrong!

He informs me they have been rejected/seized from coming in as they contain "illegal substances"

I don't know anything other than that...
