Paxum EFT delays (Australia) - 21 days and counting
Have been waiting 21 days for an EFT transfer to a Westpac bank account.
Anyone else in Australia (or Asia Pacific region) having issues with this? RuthB seems to be M.I.A. and I can't get much more from support than "it has been passed over to accounting" and "waiting for an answer from processor" I have 6 weeks of income from one program tied up within Paxum. I haven't received anything yet. |
money in motion as they say
|
you waited 21 days? fuck that i would be blowing up all their emails
|
Apparently all motion ceased so they had to push it again. Restart from scratch. If I'm lucky I'll have it within a week...nearly a month after I requested the transfer.

Wasn't really that quick a fix here - I reported it 5 days ago. There has been some communication over that time, but it wasn't until today that something actually happened. Every step taken along the chain of support (frontline help, accounts, Australian EFT agent etc) adds more delays. :2 cents: Side note: does anyone know where RuthB is? She was last active here nearly 2 weeks ago. Everything okay? |
It will bounce back with in 2 days in your paxum account.... Forget EFT..... WIRED is the key with paxum .... IMO :thumbsup
Good luck |

But.... Ruth should be able to help you out with those wire banking info you should hit her up on skype :thumbsup |
Now under bank account management my bank account says "Additional Info Required" to send EFT... fill in the fields marked red... but nothing is marked red, and all required fields are filled out.
I was going to add a second account in order to send a wire, but I'm afraid if I do it before they fix this latest 'problem' it's going to fuck things up further.   |
Funds arrived today, day 23
Hopefully next transfer will be a lot smoother. :2 cents: Where's RuthB? |
JFC. There are still problems. Now I'm trying to withdraw via EFT, and it's saying the SWIFT code is invalid.
SWIFT is for wires... |
When i have done wires before to commbank they were quick ive never tried EFT as i use the card at an atm now

I haven't logged into GFY for a while, so I didn't see your message (PM) until just now when I logged in here. I apologize for not getting back to you. I'm glad you received your funds, and I'm sorry you encountered a delay. For future reference, the best way to reach me is usually via email - [email protected] Did you manage to resolve the issue you mentioned earlier today in this thread? If not, please let me know. Thanks, Ruth :) |
