No, he's using 1 fixed light. It looks like 2 but its because the same light reflected in each of the 2 lenses of her glasses. You can tell because if you look at the lighting of her face, her nose is the brightest part, with the light of each side of her face fading. If there were 2 lights, the lighting on her face and skin would be more even.

I thought the same. The shades are curved, hence showing the same central light :thumbsup
