What I find strange about this particular pedo hunter is that from this example (the first I looked at) HE (Shane) appears to initiate the connection?

While there is no excuse for what follows, how did this happen to be? Pedo hunter sends out 50 invites to random guys, then if they reply then Shane seems friendly?

I would think that any decent lawyer could argue entrapment? I mean fair enough if the guy himself hits up the 'young girl'... But?

I dunno... Just seems a bit strange the way this guy is doing it. Unless they all do it like this and I'm not that well informed? I just thought it was supposed to be the perv making the contact?

Fair play to Shane etc, he's certainly doing a great job, theres no denying that and perhaps the ends justifies the means, but I really didn't think they did it that way around?

A lot of the ones I watch here in Canada setup online profiles saying they're 18, then tell the people that contact them part way through that they're underage. Pretty much guarantees none of the cases will hold up in court.

Actually most of them don't involve the police anyway.
