Hosting Woes.....

How many weeks should I wait fo rmy server to reply to emails? I notice they no longer even have a phone number on their website. I am looking for a new deal. If you LOVE your host then let me know who it is please. I need an average sized virtual deal for now. (20-30 gig a month)

Weeks!? :1orglaugh Try isprime.com, they always respond to my requests within a couple of hours max.

Thanks for those. I am checking them out now. Yeah 3 weeks since the first email about a billing mistake they made. It used to be I had a reply in a few hours with them. They suck.
