Guess ya won't be needing that oil after all!!

Press Release 04/21/03

Genesis World Energy Introduces Revolutionary Automotive Hydrogen Fuel Generation Device
http://www.genesisworldenergy.org/pressroom.htm

"Since the water used by the gCells must be purified, consumers will have the choice of obtaining purified water from conventional fueling stations for an estimated $.20 to $.30 per gallon, or relying on filters in the Genesis HICEF unit that purify the water from sources such as a garden hose. "

I'd switch my car over real quick for only 20 to 30 cents a gallon

iroc409 04-22-2003 07:50 PM

know how long water-powered cars have been around? YEARS. stifled by the oil companies. the guy who invented it drove his own creation around for years, while everyone else was told to bend over.

somewhere around here i have a link to a site that sells the plans for the water conversion reactor you can toss in your trunk and start driving on water, basically... hrmmmm...

While I agree 20 to 30 cents is better than gas prices do you not find it rediculous that water would cost that much? :1orglaugh

Its purified water. You can use tap water but the life of the filter won't last as long

lol, purified water doesn't cost near that to produce.

Hmm, I think I remember seeing a documentary on hydrogen cells and what they said was that the energy required to extract the hydrogen from the water is greater than the amount produced..
anyone have any links on this technology?

Dunno but I just saw a tv show about it a month or so ago and they had working cars. Said you could buy now but the price was way up there.

You can't go to a super market and get a gallon of water for .20 - .30 cents heh

wow my post count is 420 ... i dont smoke no more but i thought id post in something related to that.. oops ... well we can always say Water Bong? ;)

smack 04-22-2003 08:50 PM

it'll be a cold day in hell when i give up my high horsepower high torque interal combustion engine. great it doesnt use gas. but it prolly does a 90 second 1/4 mile. :1orglaugh

i'll see what i can do, it's somewhere in one of my scattered bookmarks files. the place is really cool. they have backpack helicopters, hover boards, laser guns, laser mics, and i think it might be the same place that has the ion cannons and the like. oh yeah, i think they're the ones with free-energy generators and motionless hovering/flying devices, too. and muscle wires.... long list :)

the water reactor was the coolest though. not sure if it requires distilled, i would doubt it. the guy modded his car and drove it for years, doubt he always used distilled :)

very cool shit, and real too :glugglug

because it's inefficient, right?

you might be surprised about the fuel cell / hydrogen powered cars out there.

gm's got a nice regenerative fuel-cell vehicle that actually RUNS ON GASOLINE, so you don't have to fill up with crazy shit. it converts the gasoline on-board.

and you think bmw would market a 7-series (i _believe_) hydrogen car if it was as wimpy as an electric or hybrid?

think "hindenberg" :winkwink:

but no, i'd convert my hotrod to clean, renewable alcohol, and get a cooler motor and more power.

Yes but it costs almost nothing to make. The price on water is transportation and container. If it were at a gas/"water" station they would either produce it on site or have it delivered in bulk and without 100,000 jugs.

that's one of them! the flying saucer is new though. dammit, i need to keep up on these things :ticking

In about 7 years hydrogen cars are only gonna cost around $10k...they have some pretty tight models so far as well.....you can choose to sit in the middle with only back seats :thumbsup They look pretty damn fun to drive also.

I'd buy one as long as I can have my 'normal' cars as well

go to the drag strip and learn the benefits of clean, cool-running, renewable alcohol.

and gain an extra 50 horse, to boot!

I call bullshit. NGV's cost 20-30 cents per equivalent "gallon", the conversion has been widely available for 12 years, doubles the range of your vehicle, and creates zero toxic emission.
