Paxum Support Sucks These Days.
 

I remember in the past, I could call Paxum support and I could talk to someone. I called yesterday and got a message to leave a message, so I do and no return phone call, so I call this morning and get the same thing. I also posted a support thread on my account yesterday and no reply.

Paxum support is awesome. Just not enough people on the team.

Not having enough representatives available is awesome support? That being said I believe Paxum has posted before that they're closed on the weekends, I could be wrong though :2 cents:

That's correct. If you can't reach either of them, then it deep dive into waiting and hoping. Ruth is pretty good at replying in a good time frame though.
