Deadly accident throws passengers from ride at Ohio State Fair
 

One person was dead and seven seriously injured Wednesday after they were flung from a broken carnival ride at the Ohio State Fair, reports said.

The Columbus fire department said there was a malfunction at the fair and some of the victims were reported to have been thrown from the spinning ride, according to the Columbus Dispatch.

A video posted on YouTube appears to show a piece of the “Fireball” become unmoored, sending the passengers into the air.

The Ohio State Fair issued a statement on Twitter.

“There has been a report of a ride incident. We are investigating and will report information as available,” the tweet read.

Ohio governor John Kasich expressed his sadness about the incident Wednesday night and said that all rides would be shut down.

THATS fucked because yesterday i was at K-days.com in Edmonton Alberta. That ride " FIREBALL " was one of the best of the carnaval.

This is very sad when we all know this kind of fair is Family oriented and i cannot beleive this morning what i heard in the news.

Somebody's going to get sued

They should write off a blank cheque to the family or make a generous offers.
No mather what they will have to pay.
