If it is between consenting adults, what is wrong with homosexuality, bigamy, polygamy, incest, or adultery?

Also, I am pretty sure that by themeselves adultery, incest, and homosexuality are already legal under US federal law. So, um, "What the fuck?"

The problem is that some states have State Laws against homosexual sex. And there was an instance in Texas where the local police "claimed" that they thought there was a robbery in progress, when they broke into the house under the "guise" of probable cause, they found two men in bed together and arrested them.

The whole thing seems to have been a ruse. Now the Supreme Court has been asked to hear the case and see if the law is constitutional.

This is where the Republicans always shoot themselves in the foot. Assholes!!

Adultery is illegal in many, if not all states. Incest is illegal in all states. Homosexuality is illegal in many states, as is sodomy.

Personally I don't particuarly think there should be laws against multiple partners either but to group either in with incest is stupid. Alteast he didn't bring out the old 'if we allow gay marriages they will want to marry farm animals next' line.
