i hate to sound harsh. we need to pay into the bigger picture in my opinion. i give to phoenix children's hospital. have them contact them. there are so many places that will help you just have to find them.

Honestly I get it. I give to the Shriners in the US as well. Not much maybe 1k per year but it adds up.

The hospitals help a lot when they can. The issue here is the border. Its amazing how hard things can be when a location in Mexico thinks they will lose the money.

But im giving until it hurts.
