Google Bug
I have a problem with google if you goto google and type in Mistress Kyra Nothing comes up.. but if you type in http://www.mistresskyra.com it shows y77777777777 for the description the problem is this the page has no record of y7777777 anywhere in the original coding but on googles cache'ed version it has it under the body tag..
Is this a google bug anyone have any ideas on what I can do to correct this mistake of googles. Thanks in advance |
I put in Mistress Kyra and got pages and pages of matches.
|
Yea but not the original Mistress Kyra which is http://www.mistresskyra.com try putting that inside the search box and hit enter you will see what I mean.. it will say the description is y77777777777777
|
because http://www.mistresskyra.com has a PR 0
|
but why is the description y777777777 that should not be there
|
kickin this back to the top really need an answer on this
|
If you look at the source code of google's cache of your page when you search http://www.mistresskyra.com you'll see the y7877777777777777777777777.
The cached page is also not the same as the page you currently have up. |
yes exactly any idea why it did that is that a bug in googles software?

<font face="Courier"> <body bgcolor="black"> <div align="center"> y7877777777777777777777777 <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="640"> </font> It's not a google bug. Your page is made up entirely of images, the only real text in that page is "y7877777777777777777777777" near the top. That's why it shows as the complete description. It was probably an editing mistake (cat on keyboard? :) ) that was overlaid by the images, so it's visible only with a non graphical interface like google. You need to use alt tags for all of your 'text images', or at the least put in a meta description! |
... whatīs wrong with having " y7877777777777777777777777" as description, I think itīs kinda revolutionairy !!!
|
no no the thing is that is only on google's cache view the actual website page source and you will see it doesnt have that anywhere in it.. has me really confused on this one/

a different version of the page. The spider cached that page and that's why it's different from what you see? DynaMite:2 cents: |
another reason why it's opportune to engineer freshbot's good graces- shit like this cleans up fast
